How to Improve Communication Foundations in Your Organisation

 

As organisations grow, the tangled web of who needs to talk to whom and making sure that effective and required communication actually occurs gets harder and harder to manage.

 

Poor communication, one-way communication or worse, no communication between certain areas of your organisation, will directly impact on your performance, your success, your profits! 

 

Communication ConneXions” combines software and survey instruments that allows each 'user' to associate him/herself in the first instance with a specific organisational unit and then provide and map the combinations and frequency of communications with other organisational units.
